A bit about your instructor - Emma Polette

I have close to 10 years experience in the fitness industry and I'm a qualified personal trainer, health coach & yoga teacher.  I'm studying to be a certified Intuitive Eating Facilitator and working towards my Diploma in Counselling.

I am completely non-judgmental and I truly care about you, not the numbers on the scale.

I take a holistic approach to health knowing that mental health is just as important as physical health.

FAQs

What if I’m in a different time zone or can’t exercise in the morning?

You can use the moon phases and online library of exercise videos to do exercise when it suits you.  I will still help to keep you accountable as will the 2 group coaching sessions every month and Power Hours every week.  Plus I’ve just added a special bonus… All of the live workouts are posted in the online portal so you can download them and do them at a time that suits. 

How fit do I need to be to get started?

Not at all fit.  Even if you’d never exercised, you will be able to keep up with this program.  Start where you are and build from there. 

Do I have to follow complicated eating plans?

No, there are no eating plans in this program simply because we all have different needs when it comes to food.  I have included my intuitive eating program, Nourish Your Body with Love, so that you can learn to eat differently and finally have food freedom.

I’m not sure what the moon phases stuff has to do with exercise and being healthy. Do I have to do it?

You don’t have to do anything!  However, the spiritual stuff is how you make this program your own.  You’d be surprised how tapping into your own wants and desires every month takes you closer to your dreams.  I say give it a go, and if you really don’t like it, you can stop. 

I don’t have enough time to do everything, will it still work?

Yes.  100% balance 100% of the time is not possible.  So just do what you can.  Some self-care is always better than no self-care.  Over time as you build your fitness and your self-esteem, you will find it easier to create boundaries with others which will give you more time to do more in this program (or other things if you’d prefer!)

I’m not great at tech stuff, will I be able to do it?

If you have a smartphone you can do it.  The free online app that comes with this program is a bit like our own private Facebook so if you can use FB, you can use this program.
